How are my payment details processed?
New Plastic does not directly manage payments but uses the PayPal system, equipped with maximum security guarantees; therefore, we invite you not to enter your card details directly on our site under any circumstances, but only on the PayPal portal from the screen that opens at the time of payment.
All the customer's financial information will never come into the possession and/or knowledge of New Plastic but will be processed exclusively by the relevant credit institution.

My payment was not accepted. What can I do?
Check that the data entered is correct (login details, card number, expiry date, etc.). If the problem persists you can contact your bank or PayPal support if you have chosen this payment method.

Do product prices include VAT?
No. The prices of our products do not include VAT, which will be calculated directly during checkout.
