Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
We therefore invite you to pay attention to filling in the delivery address, indicating:

- Company name if shipping is to a company or business.
- Street and number in the absence of a house number always indicate SNC.
- Postcode, City and Province.
- Notes on the order if you have special requests for delivery or instructions on the delivery of the order.

Where does New Plastic ship?
New Plastic ships to Italy and Europe.
We currently do not ship to England.
How long will it take to receive my order in Italy?
Shipping times vary based on the quantity of goods ordered and the delivery location. The management of shipments is entrusted to external couriers and we cannot guarantee a certain delivery day but only an indicative time frame.
Indicatively for Italy the times are:
- 1 box ⇒ 1 / 2 working days
- From 2 boxes and up ⇒ 2 / 3 working days
Shipments to Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and disadvantaged locations may be subject to an extension of delivery times of 1 / 2 working days.
Shipments are made by the courier on working days, from Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on Italian public holidays.
We remind you that the times are indicative and could be slowed down in the event of strikes, holidays or transport blockages.
However, we are committed to reducing preparation and delivery times as much as possible.
How do international shipments work?
For shipments outside Italy, costs and delivery times vary based on the quantity and destination of the goods, so it is not possible for us to indicate a fixed cost.

How much do shipments cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the weight and volume of the products, they are calculated directly in the cart by entering the Province, City and postal code and are updated when the quantities in the cart are modified.
Can I choose when to receive my order?
The shipping costs do not include delivery to floors, delivery by appointment or at a set time and contact by the courier or other additional services: if you need one or more of these or other services, please contact us before placing your order in order to offer a quote for the requested service. These costs do not depend in any way on us but are imposed by the courier.
What happens if they are not present at the time of delivery?
In the event of an absent recipient, a second delivery attempt will be made automatically. In case of absence, even at the second step, a notice of stocks is left in the mailbox with the references of the warehouse which the customer can contact to collect his purchase within the days indicated by the courier.
The costs of storage and redelivery or return of the goods due to repeated impossibility of delivery at the indicated address, due to absence at the second passage, due to the expiry of the deadlines without having sent instructions for redelivery or collection in the warehouse or for any address errors to us not attributable will be paid by the buyer and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal circuit.
If the customer does not collect the goods ordered and in stock at the courier’s warehouses within the storage deadlines set by the reference carrier, the goods will be returned to the sender and the buyer will be charged for shipping and return costs. at our warehouse.
Can I change the delivery address?
If you have indicated an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible: it is possible to change the address only until the goods are entrusted to the courier. After that you cannot make any changes.

Shipping times may vary due to which they do not depend on us.

What should I do when I receive my order?
When the goods are delivered by the courier, check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and unaltered.
If there is any damage, tampering or missing packages, you must accept the delivery with “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR” and do not forget to indicate the problem encountered (for example damaged packaging, broken cardboard, torn film, wet package, etc.).
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/05/1999 n.85, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient, so if they are not accepted subject to inspection it will not be possible to lodge a complaint with the carrier.
The affixing of “SPECIFIC RESERVE” allows the recipient to check the goods even at a later time, given that the courier by law does not allow the package to be opened until the delivery is signed: once the delivery document has been signed without any dispute the recipient/purchaser will be precluded from any dispute regarding irregularities regarding the external and internal characteristics of what was delivered.
In this case you must immediately inform us that you have accepted the goods subject to inspection and report any damage to the goods within 3 days of delivery, documenting everything photographically.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect product?
When opening the package, the customer is required to check that the goods received correspond to those ordered before using them.

Our offices will be available to send the correct goods and at the same time to collect the incorrect goods, obviously at no cost to you.
What should I do if a product ordered is defective?
If you receive defective or damaged goods but the packaging shows no signs of damage, send us an email to info@new-plastic.it explaining the problem and attaching photographic documentation of the problem encountered to speed up the verification operations.
