Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
Yes. As per the Consumer Code you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods without having to indicate any reason. Returns are not possible in the case of personalized or tailor-made products.

How can I return one or more items?
It is sufficient to send a registered letter with return receipt or an email to info@new-plastic.it within 14 days from the moment in which the goods were delivered to you (or to a third party other than the carrier and designated by you for receive the good), indicating your wish to withdraw, and then wait for confirmation of receipt of your communication from us.
You will then have to send the goods back no later than 14 days from the moment you sent us the communication. Within 14 days of returning the goods to our warehouse we will refund you the amount spent using the same methods you used for payment, unless you indicate otherwise in writing.
The goods must be returned to the address: New Plastic srl, Via Ponte Magno 38, 60034 Cupramontana (AN).
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer who must return the product exactly as sent (both the packaging and the product must not be altered because the product will be put on sale again), the packaging must be done with care to avoid damage returned goods are damaged during transport.
Under no circumstances must the returned goods have been used, modified or damaged by the customer, in this case the return will not be accepted.
