1. Parties to the contract
New Plastic designs and manufactures injection molds for thermoplastic molding.
New Plastic is mainly engaged in the production and sale of polypropylene food containers ideal for storing and transporting hot and cold food products.
The customer is the natural or legal person who purchases one or more products through the E-commerce of the New Plastic website.
2. Contract
The contract is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 et seq. Of the Consumer Code and has as its object the sale of movable goods between New Plastic srl with registered office in Via Ponte Magno 38 in Cupramontana 60034 with P Iva 02658230426 and the consumer or Customer.
The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by New Plastic srl of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer through the Internet, in the website www.new-plastic.it
3. Price
Prices are in euros and do not include 22% VAT
4. Payments
You can pay by credit or debit card. The Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro circuits are accepted. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer to the bank details shown below.

5. Shipping
The Price does not include shipping costs.
New Plastic reserves the right to charge Customers a fee for shipping costs, which may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of Products to be delivered, their volume, weight and destination.
New Plastic reserves the right to discount shipping costs or offer free shipping for orders that meet certain characteristics defined from time to time.
6. Delivery of goods and responsibility
All items are always available in our warehouses, except for custom merchandise and large quantities that may require different preparation, packing or shipping times.
Shipment is made after receipt of payment in case of bank transfer or credit card or after purchase confirmation in case of cash on delivery payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal as stated in the Consumer Code.
The customer, upon written notice A / R to New Plastic within 14 days of receipt of the goods, will within the next 14 days to return the goods at his own expense.
Once the goods arrive in the warehouse, New Plastic will refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods what has been paid by the customer.
8. Privacy
Data will be processed in compliance with the law as per the provisions of GDPR reg 2016/679
9. Applicable law
Any disputes will be settled by the court of Ancona.
